Category=Administrative+Support The Appleton Area School District has a position available for an Executive Assistant in the Business Services Department at Scullen Leadership Center. The essential function of the Executive Assistant of Business Services is to provide direct support to the Executive Director of Finance and administrative support to the Business Services (including payroll) department in day-to-day operations. Tasks related to supporting administration include complex project work, coordinating contracts and correspondence, developing presentations, managing financial institution access, and conducting research for compiling District reports, compensation support, and work in a confidential manner. General essential functions include, but are not limited to, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, developing and implementing departmental practices and processes, assisting with annual budget process, communicating with staff, screening and directing phone calls, and managing inquiries.
Pay:
$27.68 - $31.12 per hour
