Direct Hire Looking for an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that have a measurable impact on business operations? We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee large, high-visibility projects that span multiple departments and technology platforms. This position is ideal for an experienced project leader who excels at building relationships, navigating complex environments, and delivering strategic initiatives from concept through execution. Desired Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology projects. Demonstrated success managing enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units. Experience supporting ERP systems or other enterprise technology projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery approaches. Proven ability to manage project portfolios, priorities, budgets, timelines, and resources. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Experience with project management tracking platforms. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related discipline. Project Management Professional / PMP or other project management certification preferred. What You'll Be Doing Direct multiple enterprise initiatives from planning through successful implementation, ensuring projects align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value. Create project roadmaps, establish milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee schedules while balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams. Partner with executive leadership, business teams, IT professionals, and external vendors to drive collaboration and maintain project momentum. Anticipate project challenges, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule and within defined objectives. Prepare executive-level reporting, project dashboards, and leadership presentations that communicate progress, key decisions, and project health. Lead project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder workshops while documenting action items and ensuring accountability. Support governance processes by helping prioritize new initiatives, evaluating business value, and optimizing resource allocation. Ensure projects meet organizational standards related to compliance and governance requirements. Monitor project performance through metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency. Mentor project managers and project team members by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping strengthen project management capabilities across the organization. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution, consistency, and overall organizational effectiveness. Why Apply?
