Primary objective of the job:
The Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to the Senior Management Team. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the executive team. The incumbent will serve as a liaison to the senior executive and management teams; organizes and coordinates meetings, travelling and special projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Prepare monthly reconciliation of executive expenses Accurately take minutes during meetings and disseminate meeting minutes in a timely manner Follow up on assigned action items Performs other duties as assigned
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field 5 years executive assistant experience Experience booking travel Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Functional Skills:
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Friendly and professional demeanor Flexibility Computer literate with excellent skills in preparing PowerPoint presentations
