Primary objective of the job:

The Group Marketing Accelerator Lead plays a pivotal leadership role in executing Digicel's commercial growth strategy across its 25 markets. This position is accountable for ensuring that strategic go-to-market plans, commercial frameworks, and performance levers are effectively embedded and owned within each local operation. As a senior transformation leader, the role works closely with market executives to align local execution with group strategy, drive revenue acceleration, and ensure consistent delivery of results across Mobile, Digicel+, and Digital verticals. It requires strong commercial acumen, influence across multiple layers of the organization, and proven capability in translating strategy into high-performance execution at scale.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Alignment Translate group-level commercial strategies into actionable execution across all markets

Drive local adoption and compliance with the Commercial Framework

Identify barriers to implementation and lead resolution through structured market engagement Market Engagement & Influence Act as primary link between Group Commercial and market teams.

Build strong partnerships with local Commercial and Sales leaders to co-own outcomes.

Steward GTM priorities, launches, and revenue initiatives on the ground. Execution Governance Govern GTM playbook deployment and POS readiness across all channels

Monitor sellout KPIs, commissions impact, and activation velocity

Ensure commissions and incentive models are executed per group design Performance Analytics & Reporting Track market-by-market performance and report on readiness and adoption

Communicate success stories, gaps, and acceleration needs to leadership

Coordinate monthly execution reviews with market leadership teams Leadership & Capability Development Lead a regional team of Market Channel Directors or Acceleration Leads

Align training and sales enablement priorities with Commercial Ops and HR

Develop a best-in-class market execution culture across

Digicel Qualifications and Experience Required:

5-8 years of experience in Market Acceleration, Revenue Growth, preferably within telecommunications or related industries

Strong experience in traditional distribution channels, with a proven track record of enhancing channel effectiveness and driving revenue growth

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing commercial productivity across multiple markets

Proven ability to implement commercial frameworks and optimize performance metrics to achieve business objectives

Functional Skills:

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth

Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment with organizational strategies

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and initiatives to diverse stakeholders
