About Us DLT Trading is a leading online retailer specializing in premium knives, including being one of the largest global dealers of Chris Reeve Knives. We're a close-knit, fast-paced team of about a dozen people who take pride in exceptional products and customer service. We're looking for an organized, personable professional to join us in a hybrid Executive Assistant / Receptionist role. Position Overview This is a unique dual-role position ideal for someone who thrives on variety. In the mornings and throughout the day, you'll be the first point of contact for our office — greeting visitors, answering phones, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. At the same time, you'll serve as the right hand to our owner, managing scheduling, correspondence, travel, and special projects that keep the business moving. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties
  • Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence (email, letters, documents)
  • Prepare materials for meetings and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other business contacts on the owner's behalf
  • Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as they arise
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive business matters
  • Handle expense tracking and basic bookkeeping support as needed Receptionist Duties
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office/reception area
  • Order office supplies and coordinate basic facilities needs
  • Assist other departments with overflow administrative tasks Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Professional, friendly demeanor — comfortable being the "face" of the company
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus What We Offer

Pay:
