The OFW Executive Assistant's key responsibilities for this role include providing a high level of administrative support to the President and senior leadership team, helping maximize leadership effectiveness and ensuring key priorities are executed across the organization. This role manages executive administrative responsibilities while supporting recruiting, HR administration, employee onboarding, and day-to-day office needs. The EA also coordinates special projects, tracks action items, and works cross-functionally to ensure commitments and initiatives are carried through to completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, great at verbal and written communication, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgement while operating in a fast-paced, growing organization.

OBJECTIVES
Coordinate the leadership teams' calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Manage full-cycle recruiting:
job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select qualified candidates. Prepare correspondences, reports, prestation's, and other materials on behalf of the leadership team. Maintain and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's); monitor employee compliance and update SOP's as needed. Maintain accurate, confidential personnel records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment law. Administer new hire onboarding, employee benefits, and respond to day-to-day employee relations matters. Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal staff, vendors, and external partners, exercising sound judgement and discretion. Assist with company policy development, employee handbook updates, and training initiatives. Track action items from meetings and follow up to ensure timely completion. Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level or professionalism and discretion. Lead or support special projects assigned by the leadership team. Research, plan, and help implement company programs, policies, or processes.
COMPETENCIES
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understands recruiting workflows, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding, personnel documentation, PTO/benefits administration, and basic HR practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional organization skills. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 3-5
years of experience in Human Resources, executive/administrative support, or a combination of both. Experience with recruiting and interviewing. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
