GED Full Job Description Role, Function & Organization:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership, assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, communication, and project support. This role also helps manage special initiatives and other internal and external processes. The position works closely with leadership, internal departments, and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient executive operations. Unfailing Dedication Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal departments, ensuring timely and professional communication Compose correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested by executive leadership Record and transcribe meeting minutes; distribute notes and other confidential documentsEvent Coordination & Planning:
Create agendas and organize logistics for executive-level meetings Manage on- and off-site even planning (includes location booking, travel arrangements, catering, and materials preparation)
Operations & Professional Development:
Exercise authority to make purchases in support of administrative and meeting functions, within established budgetary guidelines Assess personal development needs and pursue growth opportunities through internal or external educationSafety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:
Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention. Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents. Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent required Higher education in a related field preferred 3+ years experience with executivesExperience, Skill, & Abilities:
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity- both are non-negotiable Ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the company and customers Ability to see details and recognize errors, working within precise standards of accuracy Capable of maintaining important information confidential
