Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. This is a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. Candidate

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OPERATING PRINTERS, POSTAGE MACHINES & OTHER SIMILAR EQUIPMENT.

Pay rate: $18.56/hr.

Scottsdale, AZ Job Description:

Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs. Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled. Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine.

Required Job Qualifications:

Past experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines. Previous experience handling mail. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment. Must be able to adhere to strict turnaround times. Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place. Be open to changes within the workplace. Comfortable using Microsoft Office. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs. and be on your feet for entire shift. Verifiable High School Diploma/GED.
