We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our busy automotive dealership. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities File and maintain dealership paperwork in an organized and timely manner. Scan, upload, and electronically organize documents. Prepare, sort, and archive sales, service, accounting, and DMV files. Retrieve files and documents as requested by management. Ensure all paperwork is complete and filed according to dealership procedures. Assist with document retention and shredding of outdated files. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Support the accounting and administrative teams with various clerical tasks. Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry. Qualifications Previous office or clerical experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
