Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk to maintain and organize paper files and documents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to accurately file paperwork while ensuring records are easy to locate and retrieve. This role is essential in maintaining an orderly filing system and supporting the daily operations of the office. Key Responsibilities Sort, organize, and file paper documents into the appropriate physical files. Maintain an accurate and well-organized filing system. Retrieve files and documents upon request. Ensure all paperwork is filed promptly and correctly. Prepare new files and labels as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information. Keep filing areas clean, organized, and accessible. Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
