Receptionist/File Clerk Location:

Full-Time Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors; maintain a professional reception area. Answer, screen, and direct calls; take and forward messages promptly. Schedule appointments and maintain attorney/staff calendars. Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, and court filings. Open, label, and maintain physical and electronic case files. Scan, upload, and file pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials. Ensure client confidentiality at all times. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of prior legal or administrative office experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in office software and document management systems. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency in English/Spanish (bilingual preferred). Availability to
