REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE at least 3 yrs of recent billing and/or accounts receivable experience Experience with invoice processing, invoice generation, or billing packages Strong Excel and computer skills Excellent time-management and multitasking
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set up and maintain construction projects for multiple legal entities in the ERP system. Generate daily and weekly customer billing. Upload billing information into customer ERP systems. Monitor customer invoice approvals and rejections. Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal and external customers. Communicate with customers regarding invoice approvals and outstanding invoices. Calculate and verify sales tax on invoices. Scan supporting documents and attach them to transaction entries. Audit the system to ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete. Manage multiple tasks and systems while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned.
