Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented File Clerk/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, manage essential administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth flow of information within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining efficient office processes. Duties Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records Assist with data entry tasks using various software tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing calendar appointments Perform general office management tasks including supply inventory, document scanning, and filing Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills; bilingual ability is a plus Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with good time management skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents make a real impact!
