The role focuses on assisting with paperwork, traveler preparation, documentation control, and ERP system support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Assist NDT personnel with daily administrative tasks and paperwork Prepare, organize, and maintain job travelers and related documentation Support documentation control activities, including filing, tracking, and updates Enter, review, and maintain data within the ERP system Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to processing Coordinate with NDT team members to ensure documentation requirements are met Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned in support of the department Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, clerical, or manufacturing support experience preferred Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentITAR REQUIREMENTS
