Hello everyone, TNV Group LLC is currently looking for reliable Owner-Operators with Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans, and Box Trucks to join our team under an Independent Contractor Agreement. We provide a steady volume of freight, competitive rates, and personalized dispatching based on your preferred lanes, load types, and schedule.
Competitive Rates:
Sprinter Vans:
Good areas / long-distance: $0.85-$1.00 per mile Less favorable areas / long-distance: $0.70-$0.90 per mile
Canada:
$1.00-$1.25 per mile
Box Trucks:
Good areas / long-distance: $1.50-$1.80 per mile Less favorable areas / long-distance: $1.20-$1.30 per mile
Cargo Vans:
Competitive rates depending on the lane and load
What We Offer:

Basic Requirements:
Own a Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, or Box Truck Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Green Card holder, or have valid U.S. work authorization Owner-Operators and drivers must be at least 21 years old Basic English communication skills required Russian-speaking drivers are also welcome Minimum 6 months of driving experience All drivers must complete TNV Group LLC's registration and approval process before accepting loads This is an Owner-Operator / Independent Contractor position. We do not hire company drivers.
Vehicle Requirements:
Sprinter Vans must be 2016 or newer Vehicles must have at least 2 straps and required PPE Vehicles must be free of stickers and decals Any modifications to the vehicle must be reported before putting the vehicle into operation Valid vehicle registration and insurance must be provided Insurance with $1mln liability and $100K for cargo
Earning Potential:
Average monthly gross earnings can be $8,000+, depending on the type of vehicle, availability, workload, payload capacity, and qualifications such as Hazmat, TSA, or TWIC.
