Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an organized, highly detail-oriented Part-Time Document Scanning and File Clerk to work on-site at our location. This position is strictly for weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day). Your primary focus will be clearing out physical paperwork backlogs, converting paper records into high-quality digital formats, and systematically organizing them within our computer network. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured, independent, and repetitive tasks with an emphasis on accuracy. Core Responsibilities
    Document Preparation:
    Remove staples, paperclips, sticky notes, and smooth out folded pages to prepare bulk paperwork for scanning.
      High-Speed Scanning:
      Operate office imaging equipment to scan documents into clean, legible, and straight digital PDF files.
        Digital File Organization:
        Rename and organize digital files strictly according to our established naming conventions and folder structures.
          Quality Control:
          Inspect scanned documents to ensure no pages were skipped, text is fully legible, and file quality matches office standards.
            Data Security:
            Strictly adhere to privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling internal records. Requirements
            • Experience navigating computer folder structures, file servers, or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive).
            • Comfort operating basic office machinery (scanners/printers).
            • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy during highly repetitive tasks.
            • Reliability to consistently work Saturdays and Sundays.
            • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift document boxes up to 20 lbs.
            Pay:
            $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
