Document Processing Assistant Location Santa Ana, CA Pay Rate:

$18.50 per hour

Experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk, or data entry capacity is preferred (Willing to train!). Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required. You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are of high importance. Availability to work overtime, including some Saturdays as needed. Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric. High school diploma or equivalent (A copy will be needed). Review mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy Update and maintain loan files with precise data entry Audit files to ensure accuracy before shipping to customers Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments Respond to client requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently Real People.
