Role:
As a Loan File Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, and timely processing of loan files. Your key responsibilities include reviewing and auditing files for accuracy before shipment, supporting data entry tasks, and facilitating smooth communication between external partners and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Support data entry and document review for loan files Review and audit files to ensure accuracy before shipment Process requests promptly and professionally Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams Manage incoming requests while maintaining workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
Preferred 2+ years supporting data entry and document review, with mortgage document review experience a plus Proven experience as a file clerk or in a data entry role Proficiency in Excel for data review and input Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute Excellent grammar and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Work Schedule:

Pay Details:
