& LAUNDRY, INC., we're seeking a dedicated Receptionist / File Clerk to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. If you're bilingual, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As our Receptionist / File Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our customers feel welcome.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting visitors and customers with professionalism and a warm attitude. Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous manner. Managing and organizing files, records, and other important documents. Performing general administrative tasks to support the team. Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to assist our diverse clientele and employees. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings the following to the table:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Language Skills:
Must be bilingual to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Organizational Skills:
A knack for keeping things tidy and in order.
Professionalism:
A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
