Torrance, CA Responsibilities:
- Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance, etc.
- Create or update records with new files and information.
- Create file folders and purge old files when needed.
- Follow confidentiality policies and procedures to safeguard data and information.
- Monitor inventory of files, labels, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience as a File Clerk.
- Knowledge of filing systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word and Excel).
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable working in small quarters.
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Able to climb ladders/stools.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
