You set the standard for your team through your own consistency and accuracy, and you're comfortable stepping into a team lead capacity as ATC grows. Decision Maker & Time Manager — You make sound, fast decisions in a high-volume environment. You prioritize effectively, juggle competing deadlines, and rarely need hand-holding on established workflows. Attention to Detail — You catch errors others miss — yours and theirs.
