If you are looking for a place to build a long-term career, this is the position for you. Duties Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents with precision and efficiency Position is 3 days in Colorado Springs 2 days in Denver. Mileage reimbursement. Maintain accurate records of confidential information, ensuring compliance with company policies Support data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Occasionally step into Front Desk to greet customers and take payments Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before filing or distribution Handle general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience with filing systems—both physical and electronic—ensuring easy access to records Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk and client communication
Bilingual Fluency:
Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (Required, as we primarily serve the Spanish-speaking community).
