FILING CLERK (PART-TIME) Monclova Law | Denver, CO At Monclova Law , we are dedicated to making a difference in our immigrant community. Position Details Part-time position starting at 25 hours per week Opportunity for full-time growth within the firm Key Responsibilities Organize, file, and retrieve legal documents, case files, and correspondence Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure security and accessibility Sort, categorize, and label legal files based on firm protocols Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in locating documents Process and log incoming and outgoing legal correspondence Conduct regular audits of filing systems for accuracy and completeness Prepare, scan, and index documents for electronic filing systems Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry Support administrative staff with additional duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with legal document management systems (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and carry file boxes when needed Work Environment Office setting within a law firm Primarily desk-based with occasional walking for document retrieval Join a team that is committed to making an impact every day. Pay:
$21.19 - $21.90 per hour
