Job Description

JOB Performs routine clerical duties under the general supervision of a supervisor to support organizational operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, typing, data entry, copying, scanning documents into electronic formats, filing paper records, scheduling, and greeting clients. Additional duties include maintaining municipal records, issuing dog licenses, processing incoming mail inquiries, and assisting with other clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION A
high school diploma is required, with current or prior college enrollment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is required. Previous clerical experience is also preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
