As an Associate Executive Director, you support overall community operations while developing into an Executive Director, driving performance across care, sales, financials and team leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
- Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence
- Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence
- Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members
- Support budget management, expense control and financial performance
- Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
- Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives
- Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders
What You'll Bring:
- Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as required
- Experience in operations, team leadership and performance management
- Strong financial, sales and customer service acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
