We are a locally owned business with a small, friendly team that takes pride in quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented production professional to join our team in a stable, long-term position.

READ THIS FIRST

This is a production position—not a purely creative graphic design position. The files you prepare go directly into production. Accuracy is critical. Mistakes can result in remakes, wasted materials, missed deadlines, and customer impact. Minimum 2 years of hands-on print production experience is required. Experience must include preparing files for physical production , not just digital design.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare production-ready artwork using CorelDRAW and Adobe Modify customer artwork and existing layouts Check spelling, measurements, alignment, and layout before production Set up and operate UV direct-to-substrate printers Load materials, monitor print quality, and perform routine maintenance Inspect finished products and correct errors when necessary Manage multiple jobs and meet production deadlines Assemble plaques, trophies, name badges, and awards Package and ship orders using UPS Maintain a clean, organized production area Lift 30+ lbs when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of print production experience Experience preparing files for physical production CorelDRAW and/or Adobe experience Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Able to work independently and meet deadlines Strong English reading and writing skills Basic computer skills Strongly preferred: UV printer experience and experience in awards, engraving, signage, printing, or promotional products.

NOT A GOOD FIT IF YOU

Primarily have web, social media, branding, or digital design experience Have little or no print-production experience Prefer purely creative work Struggle with deadlines or attention to detail Need constant supervision

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.5 - 40.0 per week
