Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare paper records for digitization by sorting, organizing, and reviewing files before scanning
- Scan physical documents accurately and confirm that electronic copies are complete, clear, and properly saved
- Maintain orderly filing systems for both paper and digital records to support easy retrieval
- Handle confidential materials with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and security awareness
- Label, index, and electronically file scanned documents using consistent naming and storage practices
- Move and organize file boxes and filing cabinet contents as needed throughout the project
- Monitor document quality and resolve basic issues such as missing pages, skewed images, or unreadable scans
