Document Management & Records Services Join a Team That Keeps Information Moving We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Document Processing Associates to support a leading document management operation in Atlanta. This position combines document handling, scanning, and warehouse support in a structured, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day, working with technology, and maintaining accuracy in your work, this could be a great fit. Schedule & Pay 1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $18.00 per hour 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM $18.50 per hour What You'll Do Retrieve boxes of documents from storage areas Carry and move records throughout the facility Prepare files and paperwork for scanning Scan documents and verify image quality Scan barcodes and track records through the processing system Organize and index electronic files accurately Identify documents that need rescanning Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Meet quality and productivity goals Follow established safety and security procedures Work Environment Warehouse-style records storage facility Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift Regular lifting and carrying of document boxes Work area may contain dust from archived paper records and storage boxes Team-focused environment with established processes and expectations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, production, clerical, records management, or scanning experience is helpful but not required Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday What We're Looking For We value candidates who: Have a consistent employment history that demonstrates reliability and commitment Take pride in their attendance and work quality Enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment Are comfortable performing both physical and computer-based tasks Work well independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
