Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Intern - File Clerk and Runner to join our team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, clerical tasks, and client support within a professional environment. As a vital part of our administrative team, you will assist with filing, data entry, document retrieval, and running errands to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick and easy document retrieval Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data accuracy during clerical processes Run errands within the office or nearby locations to deliver documents or supplies promptly Support office management activities such as calendar management and appointment scheduling. Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive client communication Qualifications Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry experience Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain professionalism at all times Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers a fantastic chance to develop foundational office skills in a supportive environment.
