This position plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly by organizing physical and digital files, scanning documents, and ensuring all records are accurately saved in the correct client files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with basic office technology, and willing to assist with a variety of office tasks as needed. Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and electronic files Scan documents and upload them into the appropriate digital file Ensure documents are properly named and saved in the correct location Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks Provide support to staff members wherever needed throughout the office Communicate with clients professionally when assistance is required Help maintain an efficient and organized work environment Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and accurately Proficient with computers, scanners, and basic office software Excellent work ethic and willingness to help with various tasks Professional communication skills when interacting with clients Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
