2nd Shift Print Operator (High Volume)

Pay:

$19.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) + 10%

Shift Differential Hours:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00

As a 2nd Shift Print Operator, you'll support a variety of production functions in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to ensure high-quality printed communications and mail services are delivered on time and to exact customer specifications. What You'll Do As a 2nd Shift Print Operator, you will be responsible for: Verifying order information using audit sheets and production documentation Ensuring printed materials match customer specifications, including stock, ink, and text requirements Meeting production schedules and quality standards while adhering to deadlines Performing machine setup and product changeovers efficiently Prioritizing jobs based on production requirements and deadlines Completing maintenance logs and reporting equipment downtime Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Tracking materials and inventory used during production Assisting with handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic math proficiency Good English communication and comprehension skills Comfort with using computers and technology Mechanical aptitude Strong organizational skills Reliability with excellent attendance The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility to work in different departments as needed Why Join Us in Portland?
