Scanner/Data Entry

We are looking for an experienced Scanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating scanning equipment to capture images of documents and other materials, ensuring that all documents are scanned accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently. This position sometimes includes preparing the documents before the scanning process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare documents to be accepted by the scan equipment without rejection Operate scanning equipment to scan documents and images. Verify accuracy of scanned images. Maintain records of scanned documents and images. Follow established procedures for scanning documents and images. Perform quality control checks on scanned documents and images. Ensure that scanned documents and images are properly stored and secured. Perform data entry to accuratley name scanned files for storage and deliverable
