File Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and organized File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Webster Grove, Missouri. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting project activities by ensuring the accuracy and organization of important documents. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify signatures on petition forms by comparing them to voting registration records across multiple counties and cities.
• Organize and categorize files to ensure seamless access and retrieval.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with established protocols.
• Scan and digitize physical documents for easy electronic storage.
• Assist in managing project timelines to ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to support the overall execution of project tasks.
• Utilize scheduling tools to monitor and adjust project timelines as required.
• Identify discrepancies in documentation and take corrective actions to resolve them.
• Ensure all files are securely stored and handled in accordance with data protection standards.
