Job Description
We are seeking drivers that own Sprinter van to join our Arden, NC, team. As a vehicle owner, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations in the Asheville and surrounding cities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for scheduled, dedicated Monday-Friday routes that are local and allow you to be home every night. This opportunity includes assisting with AM sort of all freight along with contracted route coverage. AM sorts start at 6:30 AM and route is complete by 1
PM Duties:
- Truck unload and freight sort
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packages.
- Scanning all packages.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatch.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
- 15 or more daily stops covering up to 100 miles per day
Requirements:
YOU MUST OWN
a Sprinter- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Courier, or similar role is preferred
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license (licensed for at least 3 years)
- Need EIN, Dec Page with 100/300/50 auto liability coverage
- Must have a good MVR, pass a background check & drug screen
