Job Description

What You'll Get:
Competitive referral bonus program Educational assistance & professional development opportunities Givens Aldersgate is seeking a detail orientated and organized intern to assist with a large-scale document digitization project. This role will support the Human Resources team by converting paper personnel files and other employment related records into electronic format. What you'll do: Scan paper documents into electronic formats using office scanning equipment Review documents for completeness, legibility, and accuracy Organize, sort, and label paper files Maintain strict confidentiality Verify that scanned files are properly names and stored Assist with organizing, archiving, and securely disposing of records in accordance with retention guidelines
Compensation:
