(346) 826-9330 Job Summary Join PrimeWay Logistics as a Sprinter Van Owner-Operator and take advantage of consistent freight opportunities, flexible scheduling, and professional dispatch support. This role offers the independence to manage your own time while completing state-to-state (OTR) deliveries and maintaining high standards of service and reliability. Duties Safely operate your Sprinter van for state-to-state (OTR) deliveries Plan and manage your schedule in coordination with dispatch (no dedicated routes) Complete primarily no-touch freight deliveries Ensure timely pickups and deliveries Maintain clear communication with dispatch Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Requirements Own a 2015 or newer Sprinter Van (high roof preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Active commercial auto insurance Availability for nationwide (OTR) loads Professional, reliable, and safety-focused 24/7 dispatch and operations support What we offer Nationwide freight opportunities (OTR) Flexible load options (short and long mileage) Transparent, pre-agreed rates and routes No-touch freight Detention pay, when applicable Weekly payments Quick Pay option available Flexible scheduling and time-off options Why Join Us We are seeking motivated and reliable professionals who value independence, flexibility, and consistent work. Pay:

$3,463.36 - $4,484.91 per week
