We are committed to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining a collaborative, client-focused work environment. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist/File Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will support the office staff in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to obtain entry level experience in a law office environment with room to grow. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals • Deliver and pick up documents at the courthouse and other locations (court runs/ process-related errands) Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and copying Run occasional office errands (post office/supply pick-ups) Assist with light data entry as needed Support the office admin, paralegal, and attorneys with other tasks as they arise Qualifications • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an effective communicator Comfortable using basic office equipment (copier, scanner, computer) Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently No prior legal or office experience required — we'll train the right person How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest and relevant experience to and .
