Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Full Time Scan and File Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Leasing Department of a growing Property Management Company with the daily scanning and filing of leasing documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digitization and organization of documents. Scanning and filing of leasing documentation. Additional clerical duties.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook-Calendar. Experience with Quick Books and Yardi preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and projects with limited direction. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and material. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
