Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated General Office Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position involves providing essential clerical support to ensure smooth operations, including handling large volumes of documents and performing basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive document copying, filing, faxing, and shredding with precision.
- Prepare large paper files for scanning and ensure proper organization.
- Perform follow-up data entry tasks to input and update records accurately.
- Operate photocopying and scanning equipment efficiently to handle high document volumes.
- Maintain orderly file systems and assist in retrieving information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with document handling procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete clerical assignments on time.
- Assist with general office tasks to support daily operations.
- Stand and work for extended periods while preparing documents for scanning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with office equipment as necessary. Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate spreadsheets effectively.
