Job Description
Job Summary The Mailroom Clerk will support daily mail distribution, document scanning, electronic file handling, copier support, and light facility-related tasks. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, the opportunity to build long-term stability, and a supportive team environment where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork are valued. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, open, and distribute inbound mail accurately and efficiently.
- Scan, index, and organize documents for electronic file handling and records management.
- Operate mail meters, high-volume copiers, and standard bindery tools.
- Maintain copier stations, restock supplies, clear paper jams, and coordinate vendor service calls as needed.
- Assist with inventory tracking, minor facility support, and light maintenance tasks as requested.
- Follow established procedures to help ensure timely mail processing and organized document workflow. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.02 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
