Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Preparation Specialist to help prepare and organize incoming documents for scanning and digital processing. Responsibilities Sort, organize, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning Remove staples, clips, sticky notes, and other items that may interfere with scanning Separate and organize multi-page documents in the correct order Review documents and assign the appropriate document type Check documents for missing pages, duplicates, damage, or other issues Prepare document batches based on established workflow and client requirements Identify and route documents that require additional review Perform quality checks to ensure documents are complete, readable, and properly organized Enter information and update workflow systems as needed Follow procedures for handling confidential and sensitive information Maintain a clean and secure work area Meet established quality and productivity standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduled work hours Ability to identify issues and ask for assistance when needed Job details:
