File Clerk Responsibilities Scan, organize, and digitize active and terminated employee personnel files into a new electronic records system. The File Clerk will prepare, index, and upload HR documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness. The File Clerk will review scanned files for quality and resolve document discrepancies. Maintain organized electronic and physical personnel records while handling confidential information appropriately. Track the progress of document conversion and ensure records are accurately maintained. The File Clerk will provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Preferred Qualifications of the File Clerk Role Previous experience in file management, document scanning, records management, data entry, or administrative support. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel records. Comfortable working independently in a high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Experience working with HR or personnel records is a plus. #INJUL2026
