This position provides direct support to attorneys and will work alongside Legal Assistants to support attorney and client needs. This interactive position requires the ability to receive, assess, prioritize, and execute tasks in a timely and effective manner. It requires a high level of attention to detail, responsiveness, critical thinking skills, and professionalism. This is a hybrid role after training is completed. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparing subpoenas and related documentation
  • Routinely conduct subpoena follow-ups by telephone to obtain required records
  • Review and obtain payment for invoices pertaining to records
  • Print and/or profile medical records as needed
  • Backup remaining File Assistants during scheduled time off and assist with work overflow
  • Prepare general correspondence and any other requested legal documentation
  • Other tasks as directed by Office Administrator Job Requirements
  • Associate degree or relevant work experience (1-2 years administrative support in legal or medical office)
  • Willingness to take ownership to see tasks through to completion while adhering to deadlines
  • Organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional with strong written and verbal communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Strong computer skills and intermediate experience with
