Seasonal/Temporary Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information? We are seeking a dependable Seasonal Document Scanning & Records Management Assistant to support a large-scale document digitization and filing project. In this role, you will be responsible for converting sensitive paper records into electronic files, ensuring documents are accurately named, organized, and uploaded into SharePoint. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization. This is a temporary, part-time position (20 hours per week) that will continue until the assigned document-scanning and filing project is completed. Once all project work has been successfully completed, the position will conclude. What You'll Do Scan sensitive and confidential documents into electronic format. Review scanned documents to ensure they are complete, clear, and legible. Accurately identify, label, and name electronic files according to established naming conventions. Upload documents to the appropriate SharePoint locations and folders. Ensure records are filed under the correct property, resident, vendor, employee, or other designated category. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Verify document names and filing locations for accuracy before upload completion. Identify missing, duplicate, incomplete, or improperly scanned documents and communicate issues to the appropriate team member. Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and maintaining confidential records. Help maintain an organized, accurate, and searchable electronic filing system. Assist with additional administrative and records-management projects as needed.
