Job Description

Position Summary The Project Clerk supports the Firm's Municipal Utility District (MUD) practice by performing high-volume administrative and clerical work that keeps district operations organized, accurate, and on schedule. This role is essential to preparing meeting materials, maintaining records, and supporting time-sensitive legal workflows. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, copy, and assemble district meeting packets in accordance with district-specific requirements and deadlines Coordinate delivery and distribution of meeting materials (physical and electronic) Maintain and update district records, including handbooks and official documents Assist with preparation and organization of district meeting minutes and exhibits Complete high-volume scanning, copying, and document management tasks with accuracy Index, organize, and coordinate transfer of files to offsite storage Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants on time-sensitive tasks Assist with special projects and shifting priorities as needed Comply with all Firm policies, procedures, and confidentiality standard Competencies Attention to

Works collaboratively and supports team success Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required 6+ months of administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle multiple priorities Basic written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and reliability Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar) preferred Comfort learning new technology and systems Physical Demands & Work Environment Work is performed in a standard office environment Regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of office equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines Additional Information This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
