What You Will Do:

As a Commuter Bus Driver with us, your role will involve:

Safety Drives All Decisions:

Embrace our safety-centric culture.

Route Reliability:

Operate on predefined routes, serving passengers on daily schedules.

On-Time Performance:

Maintain on-time performance by following schedules.

Vehicle Inspections:

Perform routine inspections and report maintenance to keep our shuttles reliable.

Work Schedule:

At First Class Transportation, our drivers play a critical role in safely transporting our clients' employees between designated park-and-ride locations and their workplace facilities. Assignments include operating a variety of vehicles

• including 56-passenger motorcoaches, transit buses, minibuses, and sprinters
• as part of a dependable, high-quality shuttle service.

The current schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts and follows a split-shift format: Morning shift: Begins as early as 4:00 AM or earlier Afternoon shift: Begins in the early afternoon hours Please note that assignments, schedules, and vehicle types are based on the client's evolving transportation needs and may be subject to change with minimal notice. We seek professional, flexible drivers who are committed to safety, reliability, and top-tier customer service. Commuter Routes include but are not limited to: (Split-Shift Routes) San Antonio New Braunfels San Marcos Kyle Georgetown

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Must be available to work split-shift or straight-shift routes, depending on operational needs Have a glass-is-half-full mentality, with a passion for serving others Be at least 25 years of age, and speak/read/write in English Possess a Current Commercial Driver's License, Class B or A, with P Endorsement Be registered with the FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse Have no more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years, or no more than 3 tickets/crashes in the past 5 years Pass a pre-employment drug screen Successfully pass a background check Be able to operate a Motorcoach in interstate commerce, in a safe and responsible manner in compliance with federal, state, and local jurisdiction, and as required by company policy Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
