In this role, you will take part in a simulated trial setting, listen carefully to presentations from both sides, and offer thoughtful reactions as part of a mock jury panel. This opportunity is well suited for people with strong customer service experience who can communicate clearly, remain attentive, and contribute respectfully in a structured group environment.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a mock trial session by serving as a juror within an assigned panel. Listen closely to case presentations from multiple perspectives and follow all session instructions. Share honest feedback, impressions, and observations during guided group discussions. Remain attentive throughout the proceedings and evaluate information in a fair and thoughtful manner. Interact respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants during panel activities. Arrive prepared and contribute reliably for the full duration of the scheduled Contract assignment. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related people-focused role. Ability to communicate clearly and participate confidently in group discussions. Strong listening skills with the ability to stay focused during extended presentations. Detail-oriented approach and sound judgment when reviewing and discussing information. Experience handling inbound calls or outbound calls is preferred. Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled sessions.
