As the first voice our potential clients hear, our Intake Specialists play a vital role in shaping their experience and helping those in need find trusted guidance after an injury or accident. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, has a natural ability to build rapport quickly, and is motivated to meet and exceed performance goals each week.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all new potential clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Engage callers with empathy and professionalism, building trust while gathering essential case details. Assess the viability of each potential case and determine next steps — whether to sign the case internally or refer it externally. Enter client data accurately and efficiently into our case management system. Conduct timely follow-up calls, texts, and emails with potential clients to maintain engagement and move qualified leads toward signing. Meet weekly goals related to call volume, follow-up activity, and signed case conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and new client services team to ensure seamless client intake and onboarding. Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required ; some college coursework preferred. Prior sales or customer service experience required - legal office experience a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required but preferred). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism in high-stress situations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
