No Job Summary:
Assist International Education and Programs with clerical duties and special projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
1. Ability to work with individuals from different cultures on a daily basis 2. Detail-oriented 3. Ability to be trained on state of the art office equipment including high grade copy machines, document imaging equipment and computer data entry. 4. Basic keyboarding skills 5. Accurate filing skills 6. Professional and friendly attitude
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Currently enrolled as an F-1 student at ECC (preferred)
Essential Duties:
1. Alphabetize and file 2. Collate and duplicate materials 3. Scan, index and quality control student applications 4. Provide general office assistance as needed, including but not limited to 5. Paperwork and data entry 6. Customer service•telephone and in person 7. Maintain confidentiality under FERPA guidelines 8. Assist with special events as needed
