As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate conversations smoothly, which will align successfully with the organization.

Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift. Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes. Document necessary information accurately in the computer system. Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities. Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment. Full

Ability to read and write proficiently. Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
